Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Mathematics to teach students in middle and secondary grades. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to make learning engaging, practical, and accessible to all learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics for classes 4 to 7, covering topics as per the NCERT curriculum.

Prepare and deliver lessons that promote problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.

Use innovative teaching methods, including visual aids, technology, and real-life applications, to strengthen conceptual clarity.

Design and conduct assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate student progress effectively.

Provide individual attention and remediation to students who require additional support.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement academic initiatives and interdisciplinary activities.

Mentor students in math-related competitions, Olympiads, and exhibitions.

Maintain an organized, disciplined, and positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in Mathematics.
Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: B.Sc. in Mathematics with B.Ed. A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics is an added advantage.

Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary level.

Strong communication skills in English.

Proficiency in NCERT curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices.
