We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Geography teacher to instruct Classes XI and XII. The successful candidate will not only be an expert in the subject but also a mentor who contributes to the school’s vibrant academic and co-curricular life. This role involves teaching and residential duties to support the boarding school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lessons for senior secondary students (XI & XII).
• Curriculum & Assessment: Plan, prepare, and execute lesson plans in line with CBSE/State Board curriculum standards. Conduct regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
• Mentorship: Fulfill residential duties as part of a scheduled roster, supervising and mentoring students in academic and co-curricular activities.
• Collaboration: Work with fellow faculty on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
• Parent & Student Engagement: Provide timely feedback to students, maintain accurate academic records, and communicate student progress to parents during PTMs.
• Advanced Support: Aid students in preparing for competitive examinations and organize practical activities like field trips.

• Exceptional classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern educational technology and digital teaching tools.
• Aptitude for handling residential duties and providing student counseling.
• Experience in organizing field trips and practical Geography activities.
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping, and contemporary geographical trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s degree in Geography or a related field.
• A B.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
• Prior teaching experience with the CBSE/State Board curriculum is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of current Geography curriculum and examination patterns.
