About the Role
We are seeking passionate B.Ed graduates to join us as Associate Teachers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in teaching while working under the guidance of experienced teachers and coordinators.

At Birla Open Minds, we believe in nurturing not just our students, but also our teachers. Associate Teachers will undergo yearly and quarterly training programs, regular mentoring, and structured professional development sessions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support lead teachers in day-to-day classroom activities

Correct classwork, homework, and maintain student records

Assist in lesson preparation and activity planning

Work closely with students to ensure engagement and learning progress

Follow up with parents regarding student performance and updates

Take classes in the presence and guidance of experienced teachers

Contribute to creating an interactive, student-friendly environment
