We are currently looking for a passionate and responsible Assistant Teacher (Education Facilitator) to join our Primary Section team. The ideal candidate will support the main teacher in day-to-day academic and administrative responsibilities and ensure students’ well-being and classroom engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Operations

• Assist the Main Teacher in delivering daily lesson plans effectively.

• Support in managing classroom decor, discipline, cleanliness, and environment.

• Organize teaching resources and ensure the classroom is set up properly.

• Observe and report student performance and classroom engagement.

• Assist in managing homework files and materials.

• Support student learning during sessions and foster active participation.

Student Administration

• Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of all students.

• Encourage positive discipline and respect within and outside the classroom.

• Support student independence and learning habits.

• Help with arrival, departure, snack time, and hygiene practices.

• Accompany students during SPA (Sports and Performing Arts), library visits, and field trips.

  Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate (UG)

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Female candidates are preferred

  • Passion for working with children and supporting learning

  • Responsible, patient, and proactive in classroom engagement
