- Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation processes.
- Oversee the design and implementation of B.Ed curriculum and academic activities.
- Promote quality teaching, learning, and research culture.
- Manage student admissions, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain liaison with affiliating university, NCTE, and education authorities.
- Prepare and manage institutional budgets and resources effectively.
